Intellectual Property & Personal Use Only

By purchasing the Rewiring Imposter Syndrome™ Coach Immersion (the “Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property 

All content and materials in the Program are the exclusive intellectual property of Your Success Unlimited and Caterina Perry. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Rewiring Imposter Syndrome™ Assessment

  • The Rewiring Imposter Syndrome Toolkit™

  • The Four Neural Safety Behaviours™ framework and related language

  • The HIJACC model and related language

  • All videos, guides, worksheets, slides, and digital resources

You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or accessing the Program.

2. Limited License for Personal Use 

With this purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the assessment and toolkit for your own self-reflection and development only.

You are not permitted to:

  • Use the assessment or toolkit with clients, groups, teams, or organizations

  • Incorporate the assessment, questions, scoring, or toolkit into your own programs, courses, or products

  • Recreate, adapt, or reverse engineer the assessment, toolkit, or any part of the framework

3. No Sharing, Distribution, or Reuse 

Unless you have a separate, signed Licensed Practitioner Agreement with Your Success Unlimited, you may not, in any format:

  • Share, copy, forward, or distribute the assessment, toolkit, or any Program materials

  • Upload Program materials into shared drives, learning platforms, or membership portals

  • Screenshot, photograph, or otherwise reproduce the assessment or toolkit for others

  • Sell, gift, or “bonus” the assessment or toolkit as part of your services

All rights are expressly reserved. Any unauthorized use is a violation of this agreement and of our intellectual property rights.

4. Licensed Practitioner Use Requires a Separate Agreement 

Using the Rewiring Imposter Syndrome™ Assessment and Toolkit with clients (1:1, groups, corporate, or digital) is only permitted under a separate Licensed Practitioner Agreement.

If you wish to use this framework and assessment with your clients, you must:

  • Complete the required practitioner training, and

  • Enter into and comply with a separate licensing agreement with Your Success Unlimited.

Purchasing this Coach Immersion does not grant you client-use, teaching, or licensing rights.

5. Breach and Consequences 

If we reasonably believe you are using, sharing, or distributing the assessment, toolkit, or related frameworks outside the scope of this personal-use license, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke your access to the Program and materials, without refund, and

  • Pursue any appropriate legal or equitable remedies to protect our intellectual property.
