Before planning begins, Boards either complete Inside the Boardroom: Foundations for Governing Boards or we build additional governance preparation into the strategic planning engagement.
Facilitated Strategic Planning
We guide your Board and leadership team through a planning process that reflects your organisation's unique voice, challenges and long-term goals. It blends onsite and virtual work: a full day together in person, focused work for your team to complete between sessions, a virtual check-in, and a second onsite session to bring it all together.
You walk away with a strategic plan, and a completed Impact Model for each of your strategic priorities.

Caterina Perry
Founder and CEO of Your Success Unlimited, Caterina is a consultant and advisor to non-profit leaders and Boards. She spent more than 20 years in progressively senior roles within Military Family Services, including Executive Director and Senior Manager, where she provided consultation, support and training to Executive Directors and Boards across a national network of non-profit organisations.
She is a Master (M.npn) NeuroplasticianĀ® and brings a neuroscience-informed understanding of how leaders and teams work under pressure.
Barb Bragg
An accomplished entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience working with small businesses, governments and non-profit organisations, Barb has supported Executive Directors, Boards and service delivery teams as both a Regional Manager and Field Operations Manager within Military Family Services.
She is certified in Reina trust assessments for individuals, teams and organisations, and is known for getting to the core of complex issues.
Caterina and Barb both hold Executive Certificates in Board Governance.
