Master Your Interview

Walk into your next interview prepared, confident, and in control.

This is for you if…

  • You have a high-stakes interview coming up and you can’t afford to wing it
  • You know your experience is strong, but you struggle to sell it clearly under pressure
  • You want targeted practice that mirrors the actual role you’re going for

This is not generic interview coaching. Every question and every minute is tailored to the specific position you’re interviewing for.

What’s included

One 30-minute pre-interview strategy call

Before we run any mock interviews, we start with a focused 30-minute strategy call. This is where we clarify the role, your goals, and the context of your interview so every question we practice is relevant and deliberate.

You’ll share the job posting, your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and any details you have about the organization or interview format in advance. I’ll review everything before we meet, identify gaps or questions, and use our call to align on your key messages and priorities.

By the end of this call, you’ll know exactly what we’re targeting in your two 60-minute sessions and how we’ll position you as the obvious choice for the role.

Two 60-minute 1:1 practice interviews

Each session is structured for maximum impact:

  • 30-minute targeted mock interview
    • Questions customized to the role, seniority level, and organization
    • Realistic pace and tone so the real interview feels familiar, not intimidating
  • 30-minute strategic debrief
    • Clear feedback on what landed and what confused the listener
    • Refinement of your key stories and talking points
    • Guidance on presence, tone, and non-verbal signals
    • Concrete improvements to make before the next round

You walk away from each session knowing exactly what to keep, what to tighten, and where to shift your approach.

Customized to the role

Before we meet, you’ll share:

  • The job posting
  • Your résumé and LinkedIn profile
  • Any information you have about the organization or interview format

I use this to design questions that reflect what the hiring team is really testing for, not just common interview questions.

You will practice:

  • Role-specific and behavioural questions
  • “Tell me about yourself” in a way that positions you as the obvious choice
  • Articulating achievements with clear metrics and outcomes
  • Handling gaps, pivots, or sensitive topics without losing confidence

Comprehensive Interview Guide

You also receive a comprehensive interview guide that you can use before and after our sessions. It includes:

  • A preparation checklist that keeps you focused on the right tasks
  • A bank of common and advanced interview questions to rehearse
  • A structure for answering behavioural questions clearly
  • Prompts to pull out your best examples, not just “nice to have” tasks
  • Tips for virtual and in-person interviews
  • Follow-up guidance so you leave a strong final impression

This guide becomes your personal playbook for every interview that follows, not just this one.

How it works

  1. Complete your purchase on this page
  2. Check your email for a link to book your pre-interview consultation
  3. Send your materials so I can tailor your interview questions
  4. Attend your sessions and implement the feedback between them

By the time you walk into that interview, you’ll know exactly what you want to say, how you want to say it, and how to recover in the moment if you get a curveball.

You’re not practicing for practice’s sake. You’re preparing to secure an offer.
