The Science Behind
Imposter Syndrome
A masterclass for coaches, trainers and consultants
who work with accomplished leaders.
THE CLIENT WE RECOGNISE
We all know this client.
Capable. Respected. Successful by every measure anyone else would use. And privately braced for the moment someone works out she doesn't belong there.
She has tried the confidence work. The extra qualification. Good coaching, and still the feeling comes back.
That isn't a failure of the coaching. It may be that we've been working on the wrong layer.
INSIDE THE MASTERCLASS
What we'll explore
Imposter syndrome is a nervous system response, not a mindset or confidence problem. In this session I'll walk you through the science behind that, and what it changes about how we work.
This isn't a session on how to coach. You already know how. It's about seeing more precisely what we're working with.

WHO IS THIS FOR
For practitioners who work with accomplished people
Experienced coaches, trainers and consultants who support high achievers and senior leaders. If your clients are accomplished and privately struggling, you'll recognise them in this session.
Some people come for their clients. Some come for themselves. Both are welcome.
HOW WE'LL CLOSE
At the end, I'll share ClaytoGoldā„¢, the imposter syndrome assessment and practitioner certification I built from this work, for anyone who wants to take it further. It's in beta, with validation work underway, and I'll tell you exactly what that means. No pressure and no obligation. The masterclass stands on its own.

Master (M.npn) NeuroplasticianĀ®
Leadership & Practitioner Strategist
I spent over 20 years leading support for Canadian Armed Forces families posted overseas, collecting awards I privately felt I hadn't earned. When good coaching didn't shift it, I went looking in the science. My journey resulted in my book,
Now That the Candy's Gone, and eventually ClaytoGoldā„¢.
I'd love to see you there.
